Pastor Nliam Njideka Joan is the resident pastor of The Father's Delight Int'l Ministry. An alumnus of Rhema Bible Training School and a licensed minister with the Rhema Ministerial Association, she combines her deep spiritual insights with her academic background in Biology from the Open University and a Diploma in Education from NTI.

As the convener of Supernatural Childbirth—a transformative program for women trusting God for the gift of children—she is a beacon of hope to many. Her ministry is marked by a strong healing anointing and a passion for guiding young people to discover and walk in God's divine purpose for their lives.

Beyond ministry, Pastor Njideka Joan is also a dedicated farmer and entrepreneur. She is married to Nliam Daniel Chuks, and together they are blessed with five wonderful children, serving the Lord as a family. Her life and work are a testament to faith, service, and God's abundant grace.
